Brennauer gives Northwave the fourth gold medal in Glasgow

The German pistard dominated the Women's Individual Pursuit final ahead of British Archibald at European Championships

Northwave's magic moment at Track European Championships goes on in Glasgow (UK). After the three gold medals claimed in the day-2 by Filippo Ganna and Katie Archibald with their respective Italy and Great Britain’s National teams - in the Teams Pursuit and by Kirsten Wild in Women's Scratch, Lisa Brennauer clinched another success on Saturday evening, August 4th.

Equipped with Northwave Extreme RR, the German pistard dominated the Women's Individual Pursuit final clocking 3:26.859 (52,204 kmh), easily outsprinting British Katie Archibald. Polish Justyna Kaczkowska won the bronze medal.

Previously, Brennauer had secured a bronze medal at the European Championships, with Germany in Women's Team Pursuit, only 24 hours earlier.

Northwave Extreme RR stood out once again as a winning shoe thanks to the XFrame® technology, offering the maximum power transfer on the pedals.
