The MTB National Championships weekend was a successful one for Northwave, that celebrated a bunch of titles and medals on Saturday July 21st and Sunday 22nd with the athletes equipped with Ghost XC shoes.

It was a good Sunday for the three Cannondale Factory Racing riders in the action: Manuel Fumic and Henrique Avancini clinched the titles in Germany and Brazil respectively, whilst Maxime Marotte took the bronze medal in France, preceded by Titouan Carod and Victor Koretzky.

Northwave-equipped Ghost Factory Team also enjoyed a happy weekend, with Anne Terpstra queen in the Netherlands and Barbara Benko capable of completing the hat-trick of titles – Road, Cyclocross and now Cross Country MTB – in Hungary. Another Ghost’s biker, Lisa Pasteiner, claimed the silver medal in Austria, contributing to Northwave’s one-two in the Women’s Elite race won by Elisabeth Osl (Brunex Felt). Still in Austria, Northwave took the bronze in the Men’s Eliminator race with Daniel Geismayr.
