Dupont and Northwave lead at 4 Jours de Dunkerque

Runner-up in the stages 2 and 3, Wanty-Groupe Gobert’s Belgian rider repaid the team’s consistency

Second yesterday in Soissons, second today, Thursday May 10th, in Ecques: Timothy Dupont of Wanty-Groupe Gobert, team entirely equipped with Northwave Extreme RR shoes and Extreme Air socks, confirmed his good shape at the 4 Jours de Dunkerque, in France, claiming the overall leadership.

In the French race stage 3 (Fort Mahon Plage - Ecques, 171,5 Km), the Belgian sprinter, 30, was preceded by Frenchman Nacer Bouhanni, whilst Dutchman Wouter Wippert completed the podium ahead of another Northwave rider, Eduard Grosu (Nippo-Vini Fantini-Europa Ovini).

Bryan Coquard occupies the GC second place with the same time of the leader Dupont; third place for Marc Sarreau (+2”). Wanty’s rider secured the leadership in the Points Classification too.
